3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Fees: Free shipping is applicable on our promotional multi-piece bundles (e.g., 2-Piece & 3-Piece offers). For single-item orders, any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may slightly vary depending on your city or remote regions within the Kingdom.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
To ensure your convenience and maximum security, we proudly support Cash on Delivery (COD) across KSA. You can place your order now and pay the courier in cash or via network/POS card machine upon receiving your package.
5. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email notification containing your tracking details and the contact information of the assigned local courier driver to coordinate the exact delivery time.
6. Address Corrections
Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number, and city are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete contact information.
